6 Pack Abs – Results in 11 Days

You really want to know the way to get 6-pack abs in 11 days?

Yea me too so when you find out let me know as I’ve been looking for that answer for 27 years 🙂

I don’t want to mention the name BUT this was a headline on a popular health & fitness magazine targeted at men with the words “Health & Fitness” in the title.

Headlines like this sell magazines because we all want the quick fix.

We are addicted to getting something now, not in 12 weeks or 6 months.

If the truth was told, here is how the magazine headlines would read:

“Eat clean and fairly boring, mix it with heavy weights, get as much sleep as possible and get 6 pack abs in 12 weeks if you work really hard and are gifted”

Or like this:

“No booze, early nights (bed at 10pm) and prepped food for 3 months to get you back into your skinny jeans”

It just ain’t sexy is it?

And it sure as hell doesn’t sell magazines.

I’ve said it before and I will say again…

…getting in shape is easy when you know how

But you need to do the same things, consistently, every day, for a period of months and you will have to compromise your boozy, crappy food and sleep starved lifestyle if you want to make some changes.

Harsh?

Nope.

Just telling you the truth my friends which you all already know but refuse to admit to yourself.

So as you hit the weekend and with us into February already, think about this:

Results take time.

Progress is slow and steady when you adhere to the basic rules <===
