My name is Gav Gillibrand and I’m the guy that helps busy professionals lose 20lbs or more in 12 weeks or less with online coaching, mentoring and a sprinkle of secret wizardry. I specialise in fat loss, body composition & conditioning and I have over 20 years experience as a coach in the health & fitness industry.

The Beauty of Online Coaching…

…is the fact that I can work with YOU & anyone else, regardless of location. Many people are scared that they need that “personal touch” and that online coaching won’t work for them. I understand how they feel but this is what I’ve found.

In my experience, coaching is far more powerful than standing next to someone and counting their reps. A good coach provides massive acceleration towards your goal, avoiding all the pitfalls, heartache and wasted time and money.

What can you expect from online coaching?

You have to be coachable. What I mean by this is that you have to be open-minded. I’m never going to tell you to do anything. I will show what has worked for 100’s of clients and it’s up to you to use that information, take action and reap the rewards.

The great thing is, I will show you EXACTLY how to do that in literally the first week of us working together.
